Staying at a condo and ac froze up contacted owner he call Metcalf Ac they came super fast fixed it up while I was out. Left a note for them telling them what I tried to help them with they replied thanking me and telling us to have good time while down here. Thanks guys.

I bought an AC unit, and Metcalf was absolutely professional at showing up and installing the unit. Since, the job was not completed, in that the heat strips were not installed, but I was told they would return to install them as soon as they came in. They told me they came in, and they would install them either Yesterday or today. No one has showed up, and I cannot contact them. They don’t answer the phone, nor do they respond to my message. I am very frustrated with their service, and punctuality. I do not recommend their services.
