I skipped our fall preventive maintenance and forgot about our spring maintenance. Turns out that allowed algae to grow and clog our drain line. I called and they were out four (4) hours later and cleaned the drains and checked the units charge. They are very professional and responsive. Take it from me, regular maintenance prevents what could be expensive repairs.Service: HVAC system maintenance
