“Therapist was so sweet and professional , she explained and showed exercises and techniques to help me ease my pains, explained most likely culprit to a lot of my pains, she also took extra care and time to make sure my bday massage was amazing and relaxing , and she did! making plans to make this a monthly treat there now....also, her technique did not cause added pains and she only uses whatever pressure was needed to do a perfect massage..definitely recommend her and the spa!!“
