I went to see Anselmo for my several reasons. For constant headaches, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow and neck and back pain.He has been very knowledgeable about where my pain is and what is causing my pain. He not only focuses on where the pain is he treats the whole body. I am thrilled to say that I no longer have that pain and tingling in my hands due to tennis elbow. On Wednesday I went to him with 4 days of headache and mid way through his Accupressure massage I even forgot that I had a headache. All traces of headache was gone. I was ecstatic.Anselmo is very knowledgeable about the human body. He is very passionate about his work and you can see that in the results...read full review

I was visiting from out of town and developed neck and upper back pain that I couldn't combat on my own. I stumbled upon Acupressure MLD and it was exactly what I needed. He is very in tune with the human body, able to locate pains I didn't know I had and could pinpoint pain by looking at my back.If I lived locally, I would be back on a regular basis. I was very impressed and I highly recommend!

Acupressure massage is performed using pressure points and massage using your fingertips, palms, elbows, and even your feet. It is not necessary to disrobe, but clothing should be loose fitting and comfortable. During the massage, you may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or aching in certain areas, as the acupressure works to release tension and blockages in the flow of energy. This is a natural sensation and should not cause any discomfort. Many people are surprised to find how relaxed they feel after just a few minutes of treatment. MLD stands for Manual Lymphatic Drainage, which is a gentle massage technique used to detox and support immunity. It is a gentle therapy that encourages the natural drainage of the lymphatic system.
