Therapist was so sweet and professional , she explained and showed exercises and techniques to help me ease my pains, explained most likely culprit to a lot of my pains, she also took extra care and time to make sure my bday massage was amazing and relaxing , and she did! making plans to make this a monthly treat there now....also, her technique did not cause added pains and she only uses whatever pressure was needed to do a perfect massage..definitely recommend her and the spa!!

Eileen was AMAZING!!In that past 11 months, I’ve had three minor strokes and I have fibromyalgia. Eileen knew exactly what I needed to help me! She’s very knowledgeable and educates you on things you can do in between sessions.Hands down, the best experience I’ve had in years! 10 out 10

Eileen, is amazing. I’m a hair stylist and I suffer from it all from back, neck, shoulders and feet pain. She not only does a great massage but she is always giving me tips on how to better care for my body in between appointments. She is very knowledgeable. The room is cute and clean.
