Heating + Air Paramedics is a professional and responsive team with good technical skills. Customers are very satisfied and recommend them 100%. The technicians are polite, professional, and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly so customers understand. They answer all questions, explain what they are doing, and provide a list of recommended services that could extend the life of the AC units. One customer signed on as a member because of their excellent service and professionalism, noting the company fixed a problem another company could not. Technicians are quick, find issues to get AC running again right away, arrive on time, and are courteous. They thoroughly clean the outdoor condenser and inspect the entire system. After service, air conditioners cool noticeably better and run more efficiently. Luis came at 7pm and fixed our AC problems quickly. He showed us the problems and repairs needed. Then, he went over the costs before any repairs were done. He was professional and friendly. I had an AC issue on a Friday night and was fortunate enough to find Luis at Heating and Air Paramedics. He was at my home within 40 minutes, identified the problem, which took several hrs. to repair. There are not many that would stay until 12:15AM to ensure I had my AC working properly. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I signed up for their twice-yearly maintenance program which comes with added benefits. I highly recommend Luis and his company to everyone.
