I had Choice Warranty and Jeremiah was assigned our technician from Cox. I really appreciated the evaluation he provided. He did a great job at explaining the problem with our unit. He took many photos and a video for the Warranty provider. I also liked him as a person. The owner even called and explained some things to me. I was impressed with this company. Choice Home Warranty turned down our repairs but I liked Cox. Not so much Choice!
After the recall of service for maintenance all my air conditioning the service guy was more than pleasant and knowledgeable. He checked the whole system over and did What Supposed to be done. So far. I am very happy with a service time will tell.
The lumber supply company we used delivered our wood to the wrong address. We could not track it down or get help from our vendor to locate the delivery location. This morning, a very nice young lady from Cox Building Services took time out of her morning to track down our address and notify us that she had our delivery. We truly appreciate the honesty and integrity. Thank you very much!
