Want to give props to a business that handles negative comments head on instead of hiding or deleting them. Thanks"BEWARE OF MEMBERSHIPS. Was a member for over a year and recently canceled my membership 3 months ago. I had 2 appointments left that I never used and without warning or notification, I was told they expired. I was able to make an appt online while they were still valid with no issues, but when I got there, I was told that they expired and I had to pay full price....AFTER MY MASSAGE, of course, because thats what shady businesses do. Honestly, its an extremely underhanded way of business. Those are 2 appointments that I already paid for and they expired that quick...wow."“
