The business is open seven days a week with extended hours and accepts both appointments and walk-ins. They offer a membership program that helps members save on monthly services and earn points through the nationwide Member's Rewards program. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, detailed explanations of services, and the clean, soft results of facials. Many clients find their massages relaxing and beneficial, with therapists like Giuliana, who provides both relaxing and therapeutic massages by working out tension and knots, and Patrick, who uses a combination of firm and gentle pressure with intuitive technique. Melanie also received praise for her ability to target muscles that need to be relaxed and stretched effectively. The front desk staff generally maintain a professional appearance and attitude, although some recent reviews note less professional behavior from one staff member. Overall, the spa is recognized for its professional service, knowledgeable therapists, and a welcoming atmosphere.
I've been a member at Hand and Stone for a while. I've never been disappointed with any of the masseuses I've had. They're all good, as is the front desk staff. Today I had Kay who is pretty new and fresh out of Massage school. Don't ever be afraid to have a new masseuse because she was outstanding! Side note, my husband likes deep tissue & Jamie is his choice!
Calvin, one of the best massages I’ve ever had! He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to understand what my body needs. I especially appreciate that he gives me helpful feedback, whether it’s reminding me that I need to stretch more or recommending deep tissue work when needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their overall well-being, not just the massage itself. I always leave feeling like I received quality care. Highly recommend Calvin!
Ashlinn is an angel sent from heaven to heal my body and soul. The massage was life changing for me. I immediately signed up for a membership, because if I don't take care of myself then I can't take care of anyone else. I had no idea I waa hurt in so many places until they were worked out. My body is going to thank me for the firm and through massage. I was stretched and moved in ways that made me feel better immediately! I guess what I want to say is it's is worth the drive and a steal at 80$. Please leave her a giant tip. I promise she will earn it. I can't wait to come back next month for my free facial and included massage. 10/10 I would highly recommend!!! Thank… read full review
