I had the following issue but was contacted by the Management and they are giving me 2 months to use my 2 paid sessions. Really appreciated them caring enough to reply and making the matter better. Want to give props to a business that handles negative comments head on instead of hiding or deleting them. Thanks"BEWARE OF MEMBERSHIPS. Was a member for over a year and recently canceled my membership 3 months ago. I had 2 appointments left that I never used and without warning or notification, I was told they expired. My adopted mom brought me here for my 40th birthday celebration. It was a first-time experience for me. She booked a facial and massage for both of us.Upon entering, we were greeted by the friendly ladies up front. They helped us check in and went over the details of our visit.The facial was first. The young lady talked to me through each step, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The end result, my face felt like a babies butt. Soft and clean.Second was the massage. Again, they explained the process before starting and listened to our focus areas. The massage was a bit much for me, having sensory processing disorder. They did a great job. Great therapist Abigail. But for the $129 for 45 min isn't great. I used to work at a hand and stone and I know they don't get paid enough. Make sure you tip your therapist well.
