“Walking into Evolve Med Spa sets a high standard right away, and that is entirely thanks to Heather at the front desk. As the manager, she is always so well put together and welcomes everyone with a warm, polished presence that immediately sets a professional, elevated tone for the entire office.
That outstanding care continues with Chiara, the medical assistant. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and has a gentle way of putting patients completely at ease right away.
In the treatment room, Mai Linh provides an exceptional experience. Having completed three Scalp PRP sessions with her since a May 4 hair transplant, the results and care have been phenomenal. She pairs deep clinical expertise with genuine empathy.
Post-transplant recovery can bring a lot of uncertainty, but she listens carefully to every concern, checks in constantly, and demonstrates complete mastery of the PRP process.
Heather, Kyra, and Mai Linh make an incredible team, creating a seamless, comforting, and top-tier experience. Highly recommended!”
