I finally found my original review that had me feeling so guilty! I changed my original rating from one to five stars, (even though the manager and her team deserve 100 stars). Five stars can't even begin to reflect the awesomeness of these kind hearted people. I am so sorry I ever wrote that negative review in the first place. The whole experience has taught me alot. To the staff: You ladies and Lou are the kindest and most thoughtful people. I cried opening my house warming gift! People don't do that kinda thing anymore, so it means alot to me and my husband. Dropped in to mail off a package while in the area. This location is smaller than my usual UPS but the staff were just as friendly and efficient. I was in and out so quickly, I didn't even get a chance to tell them,"how organize the store was, especially for the size." Keep up the good work, you are appreciated!!!
