Katie, Lou, and the entire team there have my respect. I appreciate them so much. They recently helped me and it meant the world to me. Katie notarized some legal documents for me during a very difficult time. She was so sweet and supportive. Also, the entire team works so hard to ensure every person gets their packages. My family and I were essentially homeless during the holidays and were forced to have all of our holiday purchases sent to the UPS store. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the way the entire team treated me. I know it was a lot. (I'm so glad to be in my home now.) If you are looking for a UPS store to get Mail at or send out packages, I highly recommend this location. They are highly trained to ensure everything is handled smoothly and professionally from A to Z.“
