LJ Silva Construction did a fabulous job for our family. My parents retirement home in Punta Gorda had significant hurricane damage. Silva’s team was there start to finish - from the planning and design, permit process (never easy) through the final cleaning. They communicated clearly, made great recommendations, provided detailed work plans, adjusted when needed and did high quality, beautiful work. And they coordinated with my parents and me as we worked on this from two different non-Florida locations. I highly recommend LJ Silva Construction

LJ Silva Construction just completed major renovations to my home, including new walls, ceilings, flooring, new windows. and an entire new kitchen re-build. I could not be happier with the results! The process was easy as well as they kept me informed of each step along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends, and am planning to use them again when I remodel my bathroom.

This Silva father/son team over the past year has remodeled several areas of our home in Venice with exceptional care and design skill. We now have two beautiful modern bathrooms and other improvements inside and out. We are so satisfied that now we are moving on to contract more additions. Dealing with the Silvas is a real pleasure at a reasonable price.
