Quality Homes of P.C. is building our Tortuga Model and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the construction and attention to detail in all phases of the project. The structural design is the best I've seen in residential construction, and the team from Gary in sales to Brittany in the showroom, And all the other girls in the office are the best around. Any questions /concerns are addressed quickly and with concise information.The construction Crews are on top of their game and the pride in their work shows through in the finished product.All We can see is we are happy with selecting them to build our new home...

I manage an insurance office in the Port Charlotte area, and we have many clients who have built with Quality Homes and insured their homes with our company. After Hurricane Ian, those clients had very little to no damage and very few claims filed which I think speaks to the quality and structural integrity of the homes being built by this company. A lot of our clients have mentioned that they have worked with Mike Morrison, and I have spoken to Mike a few times requesting information about a specific home, and he is always super friendly and happy to help. I highly recommend Quality Homes to anyone looking to build in the area!
