Large condominium projects can be challenging with so many moving parts, residents, and scheduling needs, but they have remained communicative, proactive, and attentive throughout the process. I called CMM per recommendation of my neighbor and a review of their past jobs completed in my area. I found their bid to be extremely competitive and that their rep. Laden Landings to be very professional in his presentation...and most importantly of all ...not pressure bearing. Can't forget Kim, in the office, who was also very helpful. The crew (and leader Valentine) worked hard over the course of four days to install two roofs and a connecting breezeway to my satisfaction. They ensured my foliage and air conditioner were protected from falling debris, scoured the property for fallen nail , and even power- washed my driveways on completion of the job.
