“I finally found my original review that had me feeling so guilty! I changed my original rating from one to five stars, (even though the manager and her team deserve 100 stars). Five stars can't even begin to reflect the awesomeness of these kind hearted people. I am so sorry I ever wrote that negative review in the first place. The whole experience has taught me alot. To the staff: You ladies and Lou are the kindest and most thoughtful people. I cried opening my house warming gift! People don't do that kinda thing anymore, so it means alot to me and my husband. I will continue to speak highly of your business and recommend you to my neighbors/friends. You have will always have a loyal customer. Updated Review: I feel like consumers in today's society (myself included) can be quick to write an angry email to corporate or write up a negative experience in a review, but are not so quick to talk about their positive experiences in the public forums. I just felt like I should pause and take 5 minutes out of my day to review the UPS store located at 3280-55A Tamiami Trail in, Port Charlotte, Fl. Katie, Lou, and the entire team there have my respect. I appreciate them so much. They recently helped me and it meant the world to me. Katie notarized some legal documents for me during a very difficult time. She was so sweet and supportive. Also, the entire team works so hard to ensure every person gets their packages. My family and I were essentially homeless during the holidays and were forced to have all of our holiday purchases sent to the UPS store. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the way the entire team treated me. I know it was a lot. (I'm so glad to be in my home now.) If you are looking for a UPS store to get Mail at or send out packages, I highly recommend this location. They are highly trained to ensure everything is handled smoothly and professionally from A to Z.“

“The HSC team is amazing! We contacted them at the recommendation of a neighbor and they have not disappointed. Juliana came out and gave us a quote initially and has been great with scheduling our monthly cleanings. They have a great communication platform that tells you exactly when to expect the staff and provides reminders along the way. Eugenio and Jacqueline are courteous, super friendly and get down to business when they’re here. They work non-stop. They are also very efficient and conscientious…I’ve found that especially challenging with vendors in Florida, so this was a rare find! I also love that Eugenio cleans my blinds every time he’s here:). If you’re looking for a good cleaning company, check them out. You won’t be disappointed.“
