ZERO RATING!!! Piss poor management! Disrespectful towards clients. Linda at the Ponte Vedra, FL location told me to LEAVE when I was less than 10 minutes late after she told me they were a reformer down and I was able to check in, yet when I arrived, less than 10 minutes late, and after she used "we are a reformer down" excuse after I checked in 30 minutes prior to arrival, she said it was only a 5 minute grace period. I was with Club Pilates for about 5 years (or more) and 10 minutes was always the cutoff AND the instructor would tell you NOT the front desk clerk, which is what LINDA is!!! I've been a member for many years. They are now very strict about their cancellation policies and do not give refunds back from their auto credit card charges, even when I gave 11.5 hrs notice (vs the 12 hr cx policy). I had booked at two locations at the same time by accident. I asked the manager and the owner to please waive my fee. They both refused because they had "credited me too much in the past". A few weeks earlier I realized that I had been out of town and forgot to cancel a class that I was still out of town for on that date.
