Was scheduled two weeks ago for the 12th. Called today to see if it was possible to move it forward to the 11th instead and was told I was never scheduled and couldn't be fit in for another Saturday until April 16th, which is well over a month from now. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning.

I've been a loyal customer to Rita since 2015. No matter where I traveled in the world (my husband is in the United States Army) or which salon she worked at (I first met her at Aura Salon)- I always made an effort to book an appointment with her when I was in town visiting family. Two weeks ago, I decided to book a flight from Baltimore, Maryland, to Orlando, Florida, to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. Therefore, I decided to maintain my tradition and book an appointment with Rita - but this time, it was for my 10-year-old daughter.
