Tech Neck is real, and it’s painful! I’ve been struggling to tackle it on my own for two years. I was going to another chiropractor every once in a while, but it was a bandaid. They simply did a quick adjustment, and I was on my way. I started going to PVWC two months ago. The combination of regularly scheduled adjustments - teamed up with on-site physical therapy with Tommy and Max, along with other treatments that address my specific needs, have made an enormous difference in my work day, sleep, and day to day comfort. Ponte Vedra Wellness Center has helped me over the years while my body has changed with 2 kids and multiple alignment and sciatic pain issues. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful.
Every visit to PVWC has been a positive one. They go out of their way to make you feel like you’re in the right place for the help you need/deserve.
I've been very happy with the care I've gotten and the results it's yielded.
