Athletic Factor Gym is a 20,000 sqft fitness facility offering a wide range of equipment and services. The gym boasts a large free weight area, selectorized equipment, and a vast cardio area, as well as martial arts and Silver Sneakers programs. The staff is known for being friendly and knowledgeable, and the community feel is welcoming to gym-goers of all skill levels. The equipment is well-maintained, with some unique machines available. While the gym may not be perfect, with some imperfections in cleanliness, it has character and offers a serious workout environment that is hard to find elsewhere.
Great old school gym with great atmosphere. Weights are like the good old days when bodybuilders would train. Love the different type of equipment here. A nice community and always a pleasure to fulfill my fitness and training regimen.
Absolutely the best fitness center in SOFLA...period. Always spotlessly clean, fully equipped and with a solid professional training staff on hand to help both the novice and the more experienced. With NO contracts to sign, Mitch and his personable staff provide a training haven from the often craven financial practices of the area's corporate gyms. Thanks for being here!!!
Best Gym in South Florida hands down. The equipment, people, and vibe are all great. This is a place to get work done. Everyone there is about business, none of the usual BS you have to deal with in the bigger franchise fitness centers. I look forward to my time there everyday. If you're in the area I highly suggest you check it out. You won't be disappointed.
