“Doctor is great. The portal’s sucks. Trying to find out my biopsy results is horrible. Call the number and goes to voicemail saying someone will get back to you in 72 hours. Called back after 3 days and someone actually answered and was very nice and gave me all my information in 2 minutes. That should have happened 3 days ago. Fix it“
