As someone paying out of pocket, I especially appreciated how transparent and upfront they were about the cost of my care. There were no surprises, and that honesty meant a lot to me.

Dr. Kim Pham removed a lipoma for me, and the whole experience was excellent. She walked me through the procedure beforehand, kept me comfortable throughout, and the results have been great. She's skilled, personable, and easy to talk to — I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered clearly. The experience was extremely comfortable as we chatted during the whole procedure. She is very good with time management as well. The whole procedure was about 15 minutes total. I was up and out of there in no time…Highly recommend. Thanks Kim!
NP Kim Pham is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and she personally follows up with me after every visit. I have seen several dermatologists over the past few years, and no one was able to truly help with what I was going through until I found her. She found a solution and has been there every step of the way, even helping me navigate insurance and co-pay issues. I’m extremely grateful for the care she has given me and so glad I found her.
