I had the pleasure of working with Melanie during a really difficult time for my family. Her weekly sessions were so so vital in helping myself and my family through it. My kids looked forward to our sessions and it was meaningful each week.We made so much progress and I don’t think we would be where we are today without her help and guidance along the way. We completed our journey together and she will always hold a very special place in our hearts for the outstanding work she did. She is truly one of a kind and her passion in her work really shows and makes a huge impact on everyone she encounters. She is truly a blessing. 10/10 recommend.

Our family had a good experience working with Smith Community. My son's therapist Lisa was the best and they worked well together helping him. She would include all of us in some of his sessions which really helped him open up and have more dialog. His coordinator Cindy was very informative around the process. She would ask if there were any additional resources they could help us with finding for him.

Smith Community Mental Health is a shining example of what true community care looks like. From the top down, this organization is filled with compassionate, dedicated professionals who are clearly committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our youth.
The Directors lead with purpose and vision, ensuring that every child and family that walks through their doors is treated with respect, care, and understanding. The therapists are not only skilled and empathetic, but also go above and beyond to meet kids where they are emotionally and mentally.
