I wish I would have read the reviews. My husband was referred by the hospital after he was discharged. I set up the appointment for 8am. I got email saying arrive 30 minutes early, which we did. Nooone was there 8 am i knock on the door no answer. 815 am knock on the door no answer. I called the number and got a rude agent who told me my appointment was at 9am when i said i have confirmation for 8 am i was told no the appointment was at 9 and i made a mistake.

Another day of being on hold for over an hour. This isn’t new, it’s everytime. My son was supposed to get an academic accommodation weeks ago but the admin can care less. I’m about over this place. Nobody cares

I STRONGLY URGE anyone considering this office to STAY AWAY.
I scheduled an IN PERSON appointment well in advance. The night before my appointment, without any notice or consent, they switched it to TELEHEALTH. No one informed me that my insurance does not cover telehealth visits. Because of their failure to communicate, I was forced to pay the FULL COST completely out of pocket.
To make matters worse, the appointment was not even with the doctor I originally scheduled. They assigned me to a different doctor without informing me or getting me INVOLVED in that decision.
Trying to reach this office is an absolute nightmare. I have spent HOURS on hold, sometimes...read full review
