Great experience with getting blood drawn by Monica Guzman. There always a problem with my veins and getting it the first time and I tell this to them ahead of time. But today Monica did everything to make it happen and only stick me once. She was very professional,understanding and display expertise ,while making me feel comfortable in ensuring she would find a vein. Great job and would always choose Ms.Guzman!
I brought my two kids (10 & 13) for their annual exams yesterday, as new patients to this facility, at 7:10am. It was a rocky start for getting them there but once we arrived it was honestly great. A big shout out to Amanda Lopez, her MA & the phlebotomist, Adriana!! Adriana eased my kids fears w having their blood drawn. We all left there w upbeat spirits. It was a great first time experience & I will be a returning patient for sure.
