Hello everyone, this is my second or third time writing a review for a company. When there’s a company that goes above and beyond, you need to let others know. Mike from Starboard has been handling my personal and business a/c for several years. Every time I’ve called him, someone has been out within a few hours even on the weekend. This last time Mike, the owner, came out and had my a/c up and running within ten minutes. If you want an honest, family business there is no one better than Starboard!!!
A great company and a trustworthy family-owned business. I’ve had two systems installed by them and have recommended them to numerous friends and family members. Jacob came earlier than expected (yay!) He had very nice manners (think Southern charm.) He got in, fixed the problem and was done in under 20 minutes! Very professional and we are very much overall satisfied with the work that was done. We'd use Starboard A/C again, for sure!
