I still share my original opinion of this practice!! Jeanne and Melissa are top notch when it comes to care. When my insurance did not cover the medication prescribed they worked with my insurance company and got me approved for something comparable!! I was on a medication that required increased dosage over a period of time and getting my increased dosage to my pharmacy was never an issue, just a simple call to the office. I’m truly blessed to have found Bay Health Center. They don’t have a fancy new office but the doctors and staff and the care provided more than make up for that. If you want to be heard and treated with respect and the best care, look no further.

I’m very fortunate to finally find an awesome primary care provider! Since moving to Plant City several years ago I haven’t found anyone as good as my last doctor in West Chase. I went to a couple here that treated me like I was a drug addict because I asked for pain medicine to help alleviate kidney stones until I could pass them. So off to the ER I go because the doctors expect Tylenol 3 to work magic, anyone who knows this level of pain will understand what I’m talking about.

Anyways, to find such a thorough doctor who cares about me and my well being and not looking to just put a bandaid on it but to get to the root cause of the issue so you are in your best health. I seen Melissa and was blown away by her attention to my health, she is knowledgeable and explained everything to me and options. I left with feeling completely confident in their care, I can’t wait to get on a regimen of medication that will help me feel better long term. I’d also like to recognize the front desk for getting me in so quickly as a new patient and to the nurses who were awesome at what they do! My nurse was patient when drawing blood, one stick and was done! My veins are not the best and many struggle after several attempts to hit a good vein. She was in and out and was totally painless. I usually leave bruised and sore on both arms and hands. Just a good vibe all around!! These are good people here.“
