Update 3/17/26-

I still share my original opinion of this practice!! Jeanne and Melissa are top notch when it comes to care. When my insurance did not cover the medication prescribed they worked with my insurance company and got me approved for something comparable!! I was on a medication that required increased dosage over a period of time and getting my increased dosage to my pharmacy was never an issue, just a simple call to the office. I’m truly blessed to have found Bay Health Center. They don’t have a fancy new office but the doctors and staff and the care provided more than make up for that. 5-star primary care. 1-star urgent care.
I’ve been a patient here for nearly 10 years and truly value Melissa McComak’s care. She takes ownership of my health, stays current with best practices, and consistently helps ease my concerns.
I live with chronic pain and have only requested pain medication a handful of times in the past decade. Recently, after a back injury left me needing a walker, Melissa treated me promptly with a Toradol and steroid injection and provided helpful guidance.

I am kind of a basket case as far as my health goes and upon my first visit (several years ago) I have been guided, treated better and with more respect than I have in the past 35 years of medical care. I have enjoyed trips to the doctors that I once dreaded all because of the caring and thorough treatment and advise which has enhanced my health even as I age.
