“Great place! Fast and super friendly. And very convenient since it’s inside the Wal-Mart. This Skyway Marina location is very nice and normal! Says to add a photo do you want a photo?”
“I brought my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 to Carlos at Carliphone with a hinge and inner display problem, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Sending it to Samsung would have meant weeks without my phone. Carlos worked with me on a flexible price and had it fixed within 24 hours, which astonished me given how difficult this repair is.
The issue turned out to be more involved than expected, and Carlos handled it perfectly. He let me take the phone back to back up everything, we did a system wipe, and he finished his work and got the phone back to 100%.
Carlos kept me informed every step of the way, in person and over the phone, and always offered multiple options so I could make the right call. He's also bilingual in English and Spanish, which is a great bonus. I'm so grateful to him and his team for taking the time and care to fix such an expensive phone. Highly recommend!”
