“Maybe I’ve been lucky over the years, but I haven’t had to have my phone repaired until this year.
I took it to a big box store 4 months ago. Their repair failed. I went back today- they said come back MONDAY because they don’t have the parts to diagnose it. It’s a 2 year old iPhone y’all.
Enter- Mike from My Broken Phone. Really dejected, I went to Winthrop as I’ve passed this place hundreds of times. Maybe he can schedule me sooner than 4 days out.
He popped it open on the spot, performed open heart surgery on it in front of me and showed me exactly what was done incorrectly from the previous repair.
