I have been using Mid Pinellas since the mid 80s when I had an old oil burning furnace die. Quick to respond and they replaced the unit within a day. The tech took the time to show me the fault in the old furnace which I appreciated. I had to replace a 70s A/C unit in the mid 90's. There have been minor service issues like capacitors and such, but the unit is still going strong. They have always had a quick response time and reasonable rates. I had an addition put on the house in the late 90s and wanted a second A/C for the addition. I don't remember who put the A/C in but it had problems on and off.
