I've used Westside Animal for several years for regular checkups and emergency visits. The staff has always been excellent, compassionate and understanding. They really take the time to make sure you and your fur baby are taken care of. They have helped us send some of our babies over the rainbow bridge and I am always impressed by the level of professionalism and care they give during some of the hardest moments of being a pet parent. I did like the fact they have a walk-in option. Went there for a Health Cert for my dog. The process took well over 2 hours. And the place didn't seem as clean as expected. Really wondering what the fuzz about this place. It's too bad my primary Veterinarian does not provide the health cert., had to go to other facility. Definitely will check other hospital.

Dr Zettler is the Best. Been taking my little dogs to him since 2008. Love the staff at front & nurses. He’s very compassionate & takes his time explaining everything to you. I am grateful I found him.

I brought my german shepherd here this past Friday and had a wonderful experience. The front staff are warm and welcoming, I called ahead and they answered all my questions and my concerns. They understood it was easiest to walk my dog around outside while waiting. The vet tech we had was also amazing and hearing how well behaved my dog was was amazing. I wanted to give 4.5 stars but couldn't so I gave a 5 i wanted a little less because when the tech was explaining to the vet in the back outside of the room about my dogs paw and how I thought it was an absess for 2 months she sounded astounded and I could hear it all without hearing the whole story about how it went down and then came back. Come to find out it wasn't an absess but a lick granuloma. Which was a relief. Just a cautionary thought for the staff I understand some people don't have the means to have pets, but the words hurt for people who live for their babies.. other than that comment i overheard once in the room the vet and tech were amazing. They over prepared for my baby in case she would be too much and loved her just as I do with the little bit they had with her. Even though it's strictly walk in and have to wait I'll take that for the care they had for my baby
