I hate the waiting game however I can't complain only because I know that the doctors have to wait on higher approval as we did in the military to get things done or at least in the infantry. However not expecting it I was blessed with amazing wheel chair that I didn't know would cost 1800.00 and a cushion that was 500.00 and it was giving to me on the spot because I showed my wounds and some in a uncomfortable spot. To show just anyone, especially when your a little self conscious because of an amputation that I know it's a blessing but not loving it yet. I consider myself to be a very patient person, but after years of trying to get anything done at this VA, I am thoroughly exhausted. I have had multiple appointments canceled on me with no follow through outside of provider is not available. Then when I finally do reschedule, I have to reset everything all over again to get a new provider. And that's only if I call because when they say they're going to call to get you a new appointment, they never do. When I go there, the staff for the most part is nice but nice doesn't give results. When I happen to get an appointment it's about 4 to 6 months out, after already waiting for 4 to 6 months. When I get... read full review

I’ve had several appointments at the Pensacola VA Clinic, and most of my experiences have been positive. Scheduling appointments and sending messages to my providers has been fairly smooth. The doctors and counselors have been helpful, professional, and supportive during my visits.
