My husband and I enjoyed our first candlelit restorative yoga experience with Cheli this evening! We walked into a peaceful room that was softly aromatic of sweet nag champa, and peaceful sounds. Each attendee had a fully setup area with bolsters, props, blankets, and chamomile eye covers. Additional mats were also available for attendees to borrow. Cheli provided a calm, flowing, tranquil guided practice. From her voice, to her movements, and her assistance, we were mentally and emotionally transported to a comforting cozy meditation with gentle relief for the hips, back, and entire body. I really love this yoga studio. It's just one very open room with big beautiful windows. All the instructions I've gone to have been really nice and authentic with their yoga teaching, they truly care about their people and yoga in general. I immediately felt comfortable coming here, and will continue to come as much as I can.Also, if you are new they have extra mats and props, so don't worry about not having everything, they will help you out.
