John was amazing. We needed a new thermostat and part for our furnace, and he had both with him. He also cleaned our furnace, and put the insulation back in it's proper spot. He spent almost 2 hours here, making sure we were good to go. He's earned a lifetime customer.
Had someone come out today well within 24hrs of us notifying that our AC was out. They communicated clearly around what time they would be arriving. Service was quick and they fixed the problem. Our technician was very friendly and personable. HIGHLY recommend
I was so lucky to find John and Trinity about 8 years ago for maintaining my old unit and replacing my ductwork in my newly purchased older home.
Recently, the transformer outside my home took out my AC.
He was here the next am. It had blown the circuit board for the inner fan.
My home was due for a new unit anyway so it was time for a new AC.
John is always on time and very responsive to texts.
