Two of my dogs got into a fight. One was really hurt and I thought the worse. They took my boy Blu right in and stabilized him, they fixed him and he was able to come home the next morning! They were beyond kind and accommodating. I don’t wish for another emergency but If I needed it, I’m glad they are here!

It’s never easy when our loved ones are sick and in pain. The Emergency Vet Hospital were professional very thorough and informative. I appreciate there efforts to take the best care of my baby

They are a bit expensive and the wait was is very long due to a lot of higher priority animals being there but they were very good with my cat and they even gave me and my friend blankets so we could sleep since it was 2AM.

My little furbaby spent 2 days here. We saw several different front desk staff, vet techs and veterinarians. Never once did we encounter anyone less than professional, caring and concerned. When we arrived they had a critical emergency in progress. I did feel like maybe we didn’t get quite the attention we should have given my dog’s condition. But at that moment we were not critical. And it seemed they thought it ok to wait until the next day for us to visit our vet. I accept I was shocked that getting a diagnosis costing so much. And didn’t ask questions. Several hours later we were in severe respiratory distress and had to return. At this point things moved quickly and we got a good explanation of what was going on and what needed to be done. We were given 2 invoice pricing options. (I wish we had gotten a similiar option on our first visit.) We felt comfortable with a minimal plan to get immediate answers. Knowing we would need to evaluate once stable. I also recognized that my financial situation created a scenario that limited the vet. We did have to take measures to ensure our lil guy got out of the woods. Everyone was thoughtful and patient with me and my daughter. I completely recognize what every person here goes through daily is something most of us could not do. I can’t even imagine. While waiting we witnessed 2 people come in for euthanasia. And a couple other dogs having severe issues. And they kept things moving along! A few notes- please be kind and patient. The most critical need immediate care and sometimes it’s busy! It was hard for me to remember that because I was panicked. Call ahead if you can. On another occasion we were able to head right to Niceville bc we called a knew they could not treat us immediately. It seems like there are multiple things going on at all times. A care credit card saved us and no interest for a year eased the stress. Pet insurance would have allowed us to authorize more care options without worrying about $. You have to pay at time of service. Ask questions! Luckily we are back home on the road to recovery but without VERC we would be in a very different situation! Grateful for everyone there!

Brought in our sick 2 year old kitty. They immediately went to work on her. Everyone was compassionate and caring. I left with a diagnosis and medication to get us through the weekend. So very grateful! Highly recommend!

It cost me almost 800.00 to remove a cracked dew claw. Absolutely Ridiculous!

The vet said my dog needed an emergency c-section. 5 days after the c-section she gave birth to a healthy puppy. Yes, the vet did not remove every puppy during the surgery. Plus all 8 puppies that were removed during the c-section died.
Editing this post (2 years later) to share the one puppy that survived this horrific incident is still alive and doing great! I still can’t believe they killed all of my Great Dane puppies, beside one they missed 😭😭😭 you guys never reached back out to me either
I had to pay the bill so it wouldn’t go on my credit I should have sued Maybe I should look into seeing if I still can
