I asked for some natural looking highlights back in December and I was so happy with the outcome. I had previously box dyed my hair black, red, and dark brown all within a few months, and I was shocked and SOOO thrilled by how Noemi was still able to work with my hair and give it dimension!!
I had a bad hair experience and Noemi literally saved the day!! Thankful for her experience and professionalism! All the ladies at Next Level are so sweet and I will be back for sure!
