5 Star Review! My battery on my IPhone 10 went bad and called TechShield and spoke to Jeremy and explained the situation. He gave me a price quote and said he had the Battery in stock and it would take 30 minutes to change. Went to the East Nine Mile store and it was done in 25 minutes while I waited. This guy knows his profession and is extremely knowledgeable and competent in his business. Don’t go anywhere else ! TechShield is the BEST! Thank you Jeremy:)))

I found TechShield by chance and I am SO HAPPY I did! They were professional, kind, and diagnosed my phone issue within minutes. That isn't even the best part...they fixed my phone within 15 minutes and the cost was so reasonable that I will be rejoicing a day and every time I use my phone. Please try this business, you won't regret it

Jeremy was wonderful! Very patient, helpful and knowledgable. I thought I lost a lot of pictures bc my screen froze. He was able to get all my backups on my new phone. I highly recommend!
