Someone is attempting to evict me when I have a purchase contract. Mr Guttman was a little rugged in the since that he is brutally honest. He is straight to the point! He is very resourceful. He has reviewed my case and told me the eviction is a 99% improbability. Will update after court hearing. Will change to 5 Stars if I Win.Update: The court said “We have no jurisdiction here”The case was thrown out but now the fool has filed an Ejectment lawsuit. I know who I will call.

I wish I could give Mr Gutman 10 stars instaead of 5. No beating around the bush with Mr Gutman. He is straight to the point, honest, and professional. I have known him and his family for 40 years. I would not think about using anyone else for my personel and business legal needs.
