It was a really comfortable atmosphere, very chill. I went in looking to just “relax” & I left feeling like a new person.
Hair type: I have natural curly, thick, course hair that has changed to just split ends everywhere, dried out from sun & chlorine & no more curls. We discussed taking about 3 inches off & there were some old layers still there that needed a trim so that’s exactly what my stylist did-nothing more bc I expressed wanting to keep it as long as possible. After the cut the dead weight gone now, my curls bounced back instantly. I knew with trimming up the layers rather than leaving them to grow out & catch up with my longest ends that my hair would appear that a lot more than 3 inches were taken off but it looked so good! Better than previous layer haircuts I’ve had.Now, to be able to style my hair like she did, I’d be ecstatic.
Stylist: Melissa Davidson-she was really knowledgeable & she helped me decide on everything. I came in for a deep conditioning treatment & a trim & left with a style refresh & much happier than I had imagined I’d leave feeling. My split ends & dead & dried out curls bounced back & I love it! She did amazing. I’ll definitely be requesting her next time I come in.

This was absolutely the worst experience at a salon that I have ever had!!! The stylist was extremely rude, had a bad attitude and would not listen to any of the requests that I had for either of my children's haircuts! I now have to take my daughter somewhere else to fix it but unfortunately, tomorrow is the first day of school and she's just going to have to go like that. I don't care if the day before school starts is busy, you should never take it out on the customer! She even had a problem with a walk in mother and son while we were there. Once again, not listening to what the parent was asking. I've taken my kids here for years. Sometimes the cut isn't perfect, but NEVER have I left there as livid as I was today! She absolutely has no business working with the public. Wish they could entice some of their previous stylists to come back because the place is pretty convenient and can usually get in with short notice. Will not be returning as long as that stylist is there. (Sorry, cannot remember her name but she had long light brown hair). Would have left a zero star review if it let me ?
