Called them today due to a possible water lea. Roto Rooter went out within the hour of the phone call. Called me to let me know they were on the way, called to report the findings and sent pics as well. Jacob was prompt, professional, courteous.

Recently, my grandmother who is elderly, had a gas leak on one of her exterior gas lines, which in return the gas company shut off her gas which left her without hot water. I gave Roto Rooter a call and Roylene took the call and after I explained the situation she immediately got the plumber on the way. Once Jacob, the plumber arrived he assessed the situation and was certain he could repair it for her. He was friendly and professional the entire time and treated my grandmother with care, after he repaired it he made the call to the gas company for her and had her service reconnected. I highly recommend Neftali and Jonathan. I couldn’t be happier with the work these guys did on my septic tank. From start to finish, they were professional, on time, and very respectful of my property. They explained the whole process clearly, answered all my questions.
