ProClean is a first-rate restoration business, trustworthy, competent, and easy to work with. My condo flooded, and ProClean Restoration sent two Pro’s, Ian Raines and Devon Stewart, to provide immediate recovery and restoration. They quickly and skillfully determined the necessary actions, removed the water, and protected the property and furnishings (also rescuing our alarmed cat). When my wife and I arrived on-site about an hour after the flooding was detected, they had already completely stabilized the situation. They removed the wet baseboards and insulation, and placed dryers in the condo to dry out the moisture. We were back in the condo in four days, ready to be scheduled for rebuild. Scott Macarthur and Ryan See, Rebuild Estimators, visited our condo the next day to perform an estimate on the work needed to bring it back to rental use. They were effective and efficient, with an eye for detail and ability to address our questions.
