They were so good! We had Keith and he was so professional and very thorough! He cleaned our travertine floors which is the entire downstairs. Had leather furniture cleaned. For the work that was performed, price was unreasonably high, and technician was late 45 minutes. Also had an area rug taken to be cleaned and to repair a small tear. 2 to 3 weeks was what I was told for completion of the rug work. It took 4 weeks, and they didn't fix the tear. Although the rug was well cleaned, I expected what was promised.

Carpet looks good. Considering the length since last cleaned-very good. Many of the stains crept back but faintly. Odor is 3rd bedroom so far is gone. Returned and stains were removed. Good value.
