I cannot say enough good things about the care Clyde received today, specifically from Ashton and Dr. Hoffman.

Clyde came from an incredibly difficult past, and because of that, he is understandably very fearful of people he doesn’t know. I like to joke that my “family tree” is more of a “lemon tree,” and Clyde is no exception. After quite literally catching him when Animal Control had given up, rehabilitating him, and spending years earning his trust; bringing him somewhere unfamiliar and placing his care into someone else’s hands is not something I take lightly.

They treat us and our dogs with patience and dignity. They are friendly and thorough and go out of their way to help us. My 14 year old female chihuahua became very ill a few weeks ago. I didn’t know if she would survive the night. They didn’t either but they diagnosed and treated her and saved her. They let us come visit her while she was hospitalized. Yesterday my male chihuahua had an appointment for his annual and I mistakenly had the time appointment time wrong on my calendar. I came too late. I apologized and asked to reschedule. Instead, they were able to squeeze him in.

I cannot thank the staff at the clinic enough. Vets explain everything and treat our dogs like their own. From the vets to the front desk staff and the technicians, thank you for all that you do!
