Our HVAC unit started leaking water on a Sunday evening and Perdido Heating and Air answered our after hours call. We already knew they were the ones to call, because they have done work for us previously. They gave us the option of after hours service or first thing on Monday. We chose to wait for normal business hours but they answered all of our questions of what to do while we wait for service. The technician, Tony, was here by lunchtime on Monday and solved the problem quickly. Jamie was incredibly helpful. He got our problem solved quickly and he explained what was wrong so that we could try and prevent it from happening again. The office staff was also very helpful in getting Jamie dispatched after hours in a very timely manner.
