Our HVAC unit started leaking water on a Sunday evening and Perdido Heating and Air answered our after hours call. We already knew they were the ones to call, because they have done work for us previously. They gave us the option of after hours service or first thing on Monday. We chose to wait for normal business hours but they answered all of our questions of what to do while we wait for service. The technician, Tony, was here by lunchtime on Monday and solved the problem quickly. Tony also answered other questions we had about maintenance of our unit, our water heater, and gave additional recommendations based on our concerns. Tony was polite, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. Thanks again Perdido Heating and Air!
