nice little gym, a little small if it is crowded but its nice and clean, seemed like a lot of kids later at night that were kind of all over the place... overall has all you need for a good workout
Great gym, friendly staff, but its a little cramped and unusable during peak hours. You'll wait in line 6 people long to bench press, and there are a few regulars who will camp in the squat rack for 2 solid hours then have a whiny fit when you ask if you can use it.
Love this gym! It is by far the cleanest gym I have ever been in. The staff is friendly and always willing to help/answer any questions, and the equipment is top notch! If you are looking for a great place to workout, I would highly recommend this gym!
