Pensacola Vision Center - Barry Stein, OD

My experience as always is excellent. Dr. Stein has been my doctor for many years. I recommend their services.

After my previous eye doctor retired, I went to Pensacola Vision Center on a recommendation from a co-worker. So glad I did! It's a small, friendly office with professional staff who explain every step of the visit and are willing to answer questions. I'll be sending the rest of my family here for their eye care.

After thorough testing, Dr. Harbour was personable and took his time explaining to me in order to understand my vision issue. And a BIG Thank you also to Lorin G. who scheduled an appointment and was able to be seen the next morning!

Very friendly and professional staff. Pensacola vision has always done a great job. I have never been unhappy with the staff or doctor. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I broke my glasses two days before my first day of college and it would take over a week for my replacement pair to come. I haven’t personally used this doctor but I couldn’t find anywhere (not even my own doctor) that would hook me up with a pair of contacts on such short notice. Definitely will be a return customer!

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The doctor is too, he actually spends time with you, gives you useful information and advice, and will answer all your questions. My son and I both had appointments and they went extremely well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They held my contact prescription hostage unless I bought my contacts from them! From what I see in the comments, I'm not the only one experiencing these shady business practices. (Had similar insurance issues that everyone is talking about in the comments.) On top of that, the place is filthy. The doctor's own workstation is in chaos. I had to change my contacts in the break room, and the sink was so full of gunk and disgusting that I got Clorox wipes and cleaned it out myself before changing my contacts. After all that, they hadn't even gauged the prescription I needed correctly, and I had to come back multiple times before giving up. Utterly ridiculous medical and business practice.

Pensacola Vision Center is totally awesome. The staff is very polite and helpful.

I always have a great experience here. The office staff is friendly and a rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen and don't have to worry about parking. When I need to order glasses or contacts they are available for pickup in a matter of days.
