Had leak from dishwasher that got onto baseboards of wall and the back of island cabinets and baseboards of cabinets. Hunter came out for the water mitigation part, checked in every day or two with me or came by to check how the drying up was going. There was a small amount of mold that was making me sick and I have lung disease so that was really bothering me and he had them put down the mold killer as soon as he could and I felt relief within about 4 hours. Sean came out to take pictures of the inside of house and damage. The damage ended up not being as bad as expected (no total cabinet replacement needed). Jeremy was my project manager and got things going and checked in with me frequently. Demetrio did a beautiful job on the repairs to wall baseboards and the island counter backing and matched the stain perfectly and the baseboards around the cabinets. Elizabeth and Roxanne in the office were so helpful if I had questions and dealing with my insurance company. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, returned calls or texts and customer service was 200%. Mine was a small job and it was done fairly quickly (as soon as insurance would approve them to start work) and feel I was treated the same as if I had a whole expensive house remodel. 100% recommend Paul Davis Emerald Coast Restoration.

We recently worked with Paul Davis Restoration, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Hunter responded to our home quickly and arrived on time for every visit. He and his team—Caleb and Chris—were consistently kind, respectful, and professional while completing the remediation work.
They took great care to keep everything clean, always tidying up before leaving, and they made sure we understood each step of the process. Every question we had was answered patiently, and any concerns were handled right away. Their equipment was clean, well-maintained, and worked efficiently throughout the project.
We also communicated with Trevor by email, who was just as responsive and helpful—providing timely updates and answering our inquiries quickly.
Overall, the team made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We’re grateful for their professionalism and highly recommend their services.

The plumbers had to replumb my entire home through the attic. The only way to accomplish this was to remove portions of my drywall. USAA hooked me up with this company and said they'd be taking care of me. I cannot comment on the price since I just had to pay my insurance deductible. I was blessed to have Wayne and Jim here working on my home. If you're lucky enough to get these guys, you won't be disappointed. They were respectful of my home & explained everything they were doing beforehand to prepare me of any loud noises, potential design conflictions, issues etc. They laid paper down their walkway so they didn't dirty up my floors (that were already dirty but hey, respect lol) & they were very tolerant and conscientious of my 4 other roommates who are total a-holes, I mean cats. Most times, I'm a nervous wreck with people working in my home, but they made it so much more tolerable. I've had a LOT of bad contractors in my home in the past 5 years & I must say, I don't think I've had any that were this easy to work with, who did what they said they'd do, were here when they'd said they'd be here and on top of all that, had an great work ethic. Poor Wayne ripped his pants right down the front on the coldest day of the week! I would've totally understood if he had left to go change, since he was cutting materials outside in that frigid weather, but instead he chose to stay to get the job done in the alotted time. Gotta respect the work ethics. When my new bathroom mirror didn't fit, Wayne made sure to inform me of my options before installing it and when the baseboards in my laundry room weren't pleasing to my eye, Jim worked with me so that I was happy with the final result. I'm really hoping their supervisor reads my review because those guys deserve the recognition/raise. I don't think my review goes far enough to describe my gratitude for these guys.

We recently had an unexpected roof leak that we found out have been going on for quite some time unfortunately. My insurance company set us up. With Paul Davis restoration and the service has been wonderful. Elizabeth at the office called me almost as soon as I had gotten off the phone with my insurance guy, and Hunter has been in contact with me every step of the way. Hunter and his guys have been fast And thorough. They have always been polite and had a smile on their face even when it was 100° outside and they were climbing on my roof! Derrick, the roofer, was an excellent resource, he took his time and walked us through the whole process—- he could even narrow down my shingles to what he thought would it would he— one of two, and left me with a sample packet. Very impressive!! I would highly recommend these guys!
