I recently had an appointment at this eye clinic and was truly blown away by the level of care and service I received. Kate was the professional who worked with me during the exam, and she was nothing short of exceptional. She took the time to understand my concerns, ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and made the entire process smooth and easy.Post-exam, when it was time to pick out glasses, I was assisted by a gentleman whose passion and knowledge about eyewear were evident. Gulf coast vision center on nine mile is hands down THE BEST EYE CARE FACILITY I have ever been to. They were able to see me the day after I called to make an appointment. I have extremely high anxiety and Kate the tech was amazing. She made me feel like i was talking to a friend. She helped me not be as anxious throughout the entire appointment. Doctor Slapkunas was amazing as well, very knowledgeable! They work great as a team! Tea was my last helper at gulf coast vision center. She helped me through the whole process of picking out glasses and going over all my coverage options. She is very good at her job! 10/10 recommended working with the staff at this location....read full review
